In case you didn't know, Scarlett Johansson has joined the pool of celebrities who helm some of the biggest brands in beauty. The actress whose star power and old Hollywood glamour were on full display at the recent White House Correspondents' Dinner hosted by her 'SNL' star husband Colin Jost, is the founder of cult-favorite skincare line The Outset.
Created for sensitive skin, Johansson dropped into the Today Show Monday to talk about The Outset which she founded in 2022, and her struggles with having sensitive skin. "I had acne for such a long time that I remember my makeup artist on a film was like, 'Oh, well, just wait until you have acne and wrinkles, that's your next step," she admitted on the show. After enduring an "arduous" decade-long process that involved "a lot of tears" to establish what worked for her skin, Johansson eliminated harsh scrubs and super-active ingredients.
