Chelsea and Tottenham are both in action on Saturday afternoon with games set to affect both ends of the Premier League table. The Blues are still looking for their first goal under caretaker boss Frank Lampard following successive defeats at Wolverhampton Wanderers and Real Madrid in his first two matches in charge.
Cristian Stellini, meanwhile, is aiming for back-to-back wins as permanent interim head coach after a rather fortunate win over Brighton last weekend. Spurs - still pushing for a place in the top four - overcame late disappointment at Everton to defeat their fellow European hopefuls seven days ago.
It will be the second consecutive trip to the capital for the Seagulls, who travel to Stamford Bridge looking to bounce back from their defeat at Spurs. Tottenham's opponents Bournemouth are at the other end of the table but have been in good form as of late, winning three of their last five matches to climb three points clear of the drop zone.
