NEW DELHI: Condemning on Thursday in the strong words the Manipur horror video showing two Manipur women being paraded naked, the BJP questioned the timing of its release.

Ethnic clashes broke out in Manipur on May 3. The incident is learnt to have taken place the very next day. However, it was released on Twitter on July 19, just a day before the monsoon session of Parliament commenced.
