After weeks upon weeks of drama — including a couple dropping out from the comp and a saucy cheating scandal — The Block‘s 20th Season has come to an end.

So, without further ado, the winners of The Block 2024 are…

Maddy and Charlotte

With a reserve price of $1,950,000, Maddy and Charlotte won after they made $1,550,000 in profits with their vacay house selling for $3,500,000.

However, in a sad turn of events, beloved Block buyer Adrian Portelli revealed that this would be the last time he would be on the show.

But the bloke didn’t leave without a bang.

After wowing the contestants for dropping three and a half milli on the girls’ vacation home, he revealed that he bought all five houses.

“All the contestants were playing the game, so I thought I’d play the game back,” he shared.

“We got a Buyer’s Agent in there so we could throw people off and [then] nobody knows the game plan. I didn’t want anyone to know what we were doing and it paid off.”
