Who wins, who loses if Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill becomes law?

The United States Senate has passed President Donald Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill“, which promises sweeping tax breaks.

The Senate voted 51-50 in favour of the bill, the tight vote necessitating a deciding tie-breaker vote from Vice President JD Vance. Trump’s Republicans hold 53 seats in the Senate, and Democrats hold 47. But three Republicans voted alongside Democrats against the bill.
