Swedish striker Viktor Gyökeres (pronounced yer-ker-esh) has been linked with becoming Sean Dyche's first signing as Everton manager.
The 24-year-old currently plies his trade for Championship side Coventry City and has scored 12 goals in 28 league games this season, earning himself a reputation as one of the best finishers in the league.
Gyökeres could provide a much-needed goal scoring threat for Everton, who have scored 15 Premier League goals as a team thus far this season, the second-least in the division.

The 6'1" forward was named the Championship Player of the Month for November 2022.
He notched four times that month, including the only goal of the game against Watford, and a double against Queens Park Rangers.
Gyökeres has been the star of a Coventry team that has exceeded expectations by sitting in 13th in the Championship table midway through the season.
The striker signed for The Sky Blues from Brighton & Hove Albion in 2021 and remains on the three-year contract he signed upon moving to the Midlands.
The Swede never made a league appearance for Brighton, who loaned him out to Saint Pauli, Swansea City and Coventry City, during his two years contracted to The Seagulls.
Gyökeres has earned 11 caps for Sweden, scoring two goals, with his most recent appearance coming in November 2022.
The striker graduated from the academy of Stockholm's IF Brommapojkarna famed for producing promising youngsters such as Tottenham's Dejan Kulusevski.
New Everton manager Sean Dyche signed players including Everton's James Tarkowski from the Football League during his time at Burnley.
Coventry's asking price is believed to be between 15 to 25 million pounds for the striker. Leeds United and Brentford are also rumoured to be interested in making a late move for the striker.
The Premier League and Championship transfer windows close at 23:00 tonight.
