Victor Valentine, 29, from the St Paul's area of Cheltenham, has been placed under a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) after Gloucestershire Police told a court he posed a risk to women, banning him from entering or loitering near female public toilets, changing rooms and other female-only spaces and imposing strict controls on his internet use.

Valentine appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Monday, 24 August, where the order was imposed. The restrictions are due to run until 25 August 2031.
