Oliver Bearman is set to replace Carlos Sainz in the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, while he is treated for appendicitis.

The 18-year-old reserve driver will become the youngest Briton to race in Formula 1. Sainz had been unwell for two days, and described Thursday's practice as "one of [his] toughest days in a Formula 1 car.
