A French adventurer who has been called ‘Mr Titanic’ is aboard the missing Titan submersible being desperately hunted for in the North Atlantic.

Rescuers are in a race against time to save Paul-Henri Nargeloet and his four crewmates, with Titan’s oxygen estimated to have run out at 12.08pm BST today (Thursday).
