I wasn’t particularly moved by Katie Zacharia’s first appearance as press secretary this week. Neither was Megyn Kelly.

Zacharia put in a bad performance. She read from the paper in front of her in a stilted, awkward way and then she ended the briefing after just 14 minutes, having accidentally referred to “my president — I mean my husband.” Trump staffers reportedly weren’t happy with her performance, either.
