Luis Rubiales has been found guilty of sexual assault after kissing Jenni Hermoso without her consent at the Women’s World Cup final in 2023.

A trial concluded on Thursday, with the former Spanish football chief being ordered to pay more than €10,000 (£8,274), having avoided the threat of a prison sentence.
