Denise Van Outen has now gone Instagram official with her new boyfriend Jimmy Barba, after the pair attended the 12th annual Grand Prix Ball on Wednesday (June 29).
The charity gala was Denise's first public appearance with the property developer after splitting from her fiancé Eddie Boxshall earlier this year.
Eddie, 49, had been caught sexting other women behind Denise's back.
The Celebrity Gogglebox star, 48, was said to have been introduced to her new man by a mutual popstar friend, All Saints singer Shaznay Lewis.
According to his social media posts, Jimmy is 51 years old and owns London property development company Whiteditch Lane Development LTD.
He is an avid Arsenal FC supporter and, based on posts added to his Facebook page, is a father to a young daughter.
Denise also has a daughter — 12-year-old Betsy whom she shares with ex partner Lee Mead.
Despite now owning his own business, Jimmy isn't new to the spotlight and has previously appeared on Grande Fratello, the Italian version of reality TV show Big Brother.
Jimmy appeared on season eleven of the show back in 2010, finishing in 4th place. It was the longest running season of the Italian prime time show.
Jimmy has previously worked as an entertainer at Cinecittà World, an amusement park located in Rome, and has posted multiple photos to his social media accounts showing him taking to the stage with a microphone in hand.
He has also worked as a model, with pictures from his Facebook account showing him working on stage at a variety of wedding shows.
Jimmy appears to be into fitness and often posts images of himself training at the gym.
His Facebook biography says he was born in London to Sicilian parents who moved to England shortly after getting married.
Jimmy is said to have a very close relationship to his family and calls his father his "hero".
He is said to have been on a few dates with Denise. "It's early days but everything is going really well and Denise is happy," a source told the Daily Mail.
