Bruno Saltor has been appointed as the new Chelsea Interim Head Coach following the departure of Graham Potter.
The former Brighton & Hove Albion boss left his role at Stamford Bridge just six months into the post after he replaced Thomas Tuchel. The Londoners swooped on the AMEX Stadium to bring the Englishman to west London as their next manager with Roberto De Zerbi taking charge on the south coast as a result.
Chelsea suffered a humbling 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa on Saturday evening as Ollie Watkins and John McGinn inflicted misery SW6. At both half-time and full-time, they departed the field of play to a chorus of boos.

For Jurgen Klopp's side, this decision comes just 48 hours before Liverpool are due to walk out at Stamford Bridge as they look to respond to their 4-1 defeat against Manchester City and reignite their hopes of Champions League qualification.
But who is Bruno Saltor who will be in the home dugout against the German?
Who is Bruno Saltor?
Bruno Saltor is a 42-year-old coach and former professional footballer. The right-back was more affectionately known during his playing days as 'Bruno'.
He spent the majority of his career in Spain with the likes of Espanyol, Almeria and Valencia before he arrived at the AMEX Stadium in 2012.
The Spaniard was apart of the Brighton squad who rose through the Championship before tasting promotion to the English top-flight in 2018.
After his playing career, he was installed as the senior player development coach at the Seagulls but after Potter was headhunted by the west Londoners, he followed the Englishman to Stamford Bridge.
He was among the 47-year-old's backroom staff but has now been promoted to the role of interim head coach following his departure.
His managerial debut will come at Stamford Bridge against Liverpool on Tuesday (April 4) at 8pm.
What has been said about Graham Potter's Chelsea exit?
Chelsea published a statement at 8pm on Sunday, April 2 which confirmed that Potter had left his role as first-team manager. He has agreed to collaborate with the two-time Champions League winners to facilitate a "smooth transition".
In a statement, co-controlling owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali said: "On behalf of everyone at the club, we want to thank Graham sincerely for his contribution to Chelsea. We have the highest degree of respect for Graham as a coach and as a person. He has always conducted himself with professionalism and integrity and we are all disappointed in this outcome.
"Along with our incredible fans, we will all be getting behind Bruno and the team as we focus on the rest of the season. We have 10 Premier League games remaining and a Champions League quarter final ahead. We will put every effort and commitment into every one of those games so that we can end the season on a high."
