A new protest group operating under the slogan “tax the rich” has made headlines after a series of high-profile stunts at major London landmarks.
Last Wednesday, three activists linked to the group Take Back Power dumped a bag of manure beneath the Christmas tree in the lobby of the Ritz Hotel in Mayfair, before staging a sit-in outside the hotel, holding placards reading “INEQUALITY IS SH*T” and “TAX THE RICH”.
