Whitney Cummings apologises after backlash over comments about children’s YouTube star Ms Rachel

Comedian Whitney Cummings has issued a public apology after facing widespread criticism for remarks she made about popular children’s YouTube star Ms Rachel.

The 43-year-old sparked an online backlash after posting comments on X while watching the educational programme with her two-year-old son, Henry. Cummings wrote: “Miss Rachel is always off base dude – why does she talk to kids like they’re deaf morons?”
