A little over four months after being sworn in as secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Markwayne Mullin has already rubbed some people within the White House and President Donald Trump's inner circle the wrong way, according to a new report.
According to a senior administration official and a senior DHS official who spoke with NBC News, Mullin has already "annoyed" Trump administration officials after he paused vehicle stops conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement following the killings of Joan Sebastian Guerrero, a 28-year-old Colombian man living in Maine, and Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a 52-year-old father of three in Houston.
