- A technical fault at the National Air Traffic Services ( Nats ) Prestwick control centre is causing travel disruption across a number of UK airports.
- Among the locations affected by the latest issue are Manchester Airport, Belfast City Airport, Belfast International Airport, Glasgow Airport, and Aberdeen Airport.
- While Nats said airports south of Manchester were broadly unaffected by the technical issue, some flights heading north and flights departing Scottish airports have been delayed.
- London Stansted reported operating as normal, but warned that some departing flights heading into airspace controlled by Prestwick may be delayed as a consequence.
- Luton Airport said domestic flights had been affected by the air traffic control issue, while a London City Airport spokesperson said they are also experiencing some disruption.
