An urgent warning has been issued by consumer rights experts to anybody who owns an Amazon account.
Amazon customers have reported that they have been sent fake text messages from scam artists claiming to be from the giant corporation. The Liverpool Echo reports that these fake messages ask you to follow a link to secure your account, following an "attempted log in".
Which? is urging people to be aware of the scam behind these text messages, that are designed to nick your personal data. Many customers of the retail giant have taken to social media to warn others about the potential scam.
