A handful of games are leaving the PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue, available to subscribers of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium, in April.
One title you may want to check out before it leaves is Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered. While it’s no classic, a new Ghostbusters movie just arrived in cinemas, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, likely to leave some hungry for more from the series.
It’s also the closest we’ll ever get to a direct sequel to Ghostbusters II.
Full list of titles leaving PlayStation Plus's Game Catalogue on April 16
- Bassmaster Fishing 2022
- Chicken Police - Paint It RED
- Dangerous Golf

- Gunvolt Chronicles Luminous Avenger IX
- Necromunda: Underhive Wars

All titles are available for PS4 and PlayStation 5.
As these games are all part of the Game Catalogue, not PlayStation Plus’s monthly games, you will lose access from mid-April. It’s only monthly games you can claim and then play as long as you have an active Plus sub.
Which should you try before they disappear? Let’s take a closer look at a couple.
Chicken Police - Paint It RED and Soul Calibre VI are two of the highest-rated games in this bunch, and represent opposite ends of the gaming spectrum.
Soul Calibur VI is a one-on-one fighting game, the kind you can get a feel for in just half-an-hour or so of play. Its cast of characters also includes Geralt of Rivia, from the The Witcher games.
Chicken Police - Paint It RED is a narrative-led adventure game, a noir pastiche where you play as chicken detective who has to interrogate suspects to solve mysteries.
You can finish the game in around 6.5 hours, so there’s plenty of time to crack the case before Chicken Police leaves PlayStation Plus.
More interested in PlayStation Plus’s Monthly games? The picks for March are going to leave even sooner, and include SIFU, F1 2023, Hello Neighbor 2, and Destiny 2: The Witch Queen.
