Newcastle United fans looking to soak up the atmosphere of the Carabao Cup final but staying in the region, can secure their place at a big screening already. Many venues across the city will be rigging up the TV screens to cheer on the lads.
If you want to be in with a chance of joining the throngs of other fans on February 26, then we advise getting your tickets as soon as possible. As the final date nears, it’s likely that these will sell out.
Here are the events we’ve found so far that will be showing the game on the big screen. Grab your tickets and get your shirt and scarf at the ready to cheer on the lads.

Wylam Brewery
The popular brewery says: “The Mags are heading to Wembley for the first time since Freddos were 10p and you can join us here in the Grand Hall at the Palace formal the action on the big screen!”
Early bird tickets are all sold out, but general sale is £10 plus £1 booking fee. There’ll be drinks and street food on offer, too.
Ouseburn Gardens
Ouseburn Gardens will be showing the final on the big screen with drinks deals, street food and heaters to keep you warm while the action unfolds. Adult tickets are £4.60.
The Fed’s fanzone promises a “thousands of fans, big screens, epic celebrations and football legends”. Tickets start from £11 and go all the way up to £33 for a VIP ticket that includes prime seats, a meet and greet, drinks voucher and food voucher.
Northumbria University Fanzone
For £19.50 per person, Northumbria University is throwing a huge screening event. Hosted by Geordie comedian Gavin Webster with live pre-match music from Andrew Cushin, the event will have a big screen showing the match, drink deals and VIP seating available.
NX and Central Fanzone
Get right in on the action with DJs, entertainment and a “Geordie build-up” before screening the match on the big screen. Central Park, the organisers behind the popular World Cup fanzone, are bringing in their “very own huge big screen” to “ensure a seamless screening for all to see throughout the afternoon and into the evening”.
Tickets start at £10 and the organisers say they’ve had thousands of requests for this event. So if you choose this one, best to snap up your tickets as soon as possible.
Riverside Newcastle
The iconic venue on the quayside is also showing the match on their big screen. People can arrive from 3pm to "get the pints in" and tickets can be purchased online through the above link.
At a very reasonable £5.60 per person, the Riverside looks like a great place to watch Eddie Howe's Mags under the famous Wembley arch, if you can't get to the match itself that is.
