Celtic will be travelling across Europe this summer as they look to build upon their 2021/22 Premiership campaign.
The Hoops are back in pre-season under boss Ange Postecoglou and have jetted out to Austria for pre-season training, with their competitive matches kicking off later this month against Aberdeen on league title day. They will also need to get themselves set for Champions League group stage football after claiming the kings of Scotland crown last term. A triumph that has granted them passage to that stage.
Pre-season is an exciting time for fans of all clubs, with hopes and aspirations for the new campaign ahead still very high before the boots are laced up again for another marathon campaign. For Celtic, they take on two friendlies against Wiener Viktoria and Rapid Wien over in Austria before heading to Czech Republic for a match against Banik Ostrava. Then they make a quick pit stop back home.
