Forza Horizon 6’s Week 3 Festival Playlist includes a challenge that asks players to find and smash 5 Vending Machines, which is easy enough once you know what the game actually wants you to do.
The challenge is part of Series 1: Welcome to Japan, and to complete it, you have to visit Tokyo City or any other settlement and look for these small roadside props. They blend in well enough for you to miss them if you’re in a hurry, and they’re also not marked on the map, so you need to look for them manually.
Tokyo City is by far the best location to find the Vending Machines.
How to find Vending Machines in Forza Horizon 6
To find Vending Machines, head to any urban area, preferably Tokyo City, and simply drive around. You will find all the required Vending Machines within a couple of minutes. The Vending Machines in Forza Horizon 6 look like regular Japanese street vending machines. They come in blue, grayish-white, and red colors, and are usually placed near buildings or on sidewalks.
The best route to find Vending Machines in Forza Horizon 6
There’s a particular route in Tokyo City that will have you complete the entire challenge in under a minute.
First, fast-travel to the Delivery Job quest marker and start driving left. On the very first intersection, turn left, and you will find two Vending Machines standing together. For the purpose of this challenge, these pairs count as one, so you will have to find five locations instead of just five units.
Continue down the same road until you come across the Molecule gas station. One Vending Machine is on the left edge of it.
Continue heading down, then turn left as soon as you’re able. Drive for a bit until you reach the pedestrian bridge over the road. The Vending Machine is standing right there.
Drive on from here and take the first left again. Keep looking to your right, and you will see a red Vending Machine between the Color and Ramen Shin stores.
To get the final Vending Machine, take the first available left again, and keep driving until you’re directly below the highway. There, you can see the final blue Vending Machine to complete your challenge.
How to complete the Week 3 Vending Machines challenge
The challenge will be complete as soon as you smash all the Vending Machines on the route above. But if you somehow missed any, you can always open your Festival Playlist and see how many you have left to smash. As soon as all 5 Vending Machines are smashed to pieces, the challenge will be marked as complete. A beautiful 2023 Lotus Emira will be your completion reward.
