Sotoyama Ski Resort is in the western part of Sotoyama, the snow-covered mountain region along the northern edge of the map. Open the World Map, move to the Sotoyama region, and look for the cluster of buildings surrounded by ski slopes and mountain roads.
The closest nearby marker is the Snow Forest Cross Country Circuit, and the ski resort is positioned directly above that event icon, so setting a route to the race or fast traveling there will bring you within a short drive of the required location.
You can also identify the resort by its large parking lot or the triangular main building. Most of the surrounding area consists of snow, forests, and mountain roads, making the resort buildings and open parking area very easy to recognize.
Drive around the buildings when you arrive to discover the Sotoyama Ski Resort landmark. Park inside the resort grounds, as the Photo Challenge may not register if the car remains outside the location.
