Cresco Labs Kicks Off Cannabis Sales At Another Pensacola Florida Dispensary
Cresco Labs (CSE:CL) (OTCQX: CRLBF) announced the expansion of its Sunnyside retail brand in Florida's Panhandle region with the opening of a second dispensary in Pensacola.
The new store is located at 2122 W. Nine Mile Road and is the company's 54th nationwide and 20th Florida shop. It's situated on a major east/west thoroughfare in close proximity to major retailers, including Walmart Supercenter, Publix, Walgreens and Starbucks.
"We're excited to continue expanding access to Cresco Labs' leading portfolio of products across Florida and to make a trip for medicine more convenient for Pensacola's patients," Charlie Bachtell, co-founder and CEO of Cresco Labs said.
Curaleaf Holdings Relocates Its Illinois Dispensary, Launches Rec Marijuana Sales
Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. (CSE:CURA) (OTCQX:CURLF) has relocated its Deerfield dispensary to 677 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield, Illinois, and expanded the location's operations to serve adult-use customers.
The dispensary celebrated its soft opening last week and will follow with an official grand opening event on Thursday, Oct. 20.

Trulieve Expands In Florida
Trulieve Cannabis Corp. (CSE:TRUL) (OTCQX:TCNNF) launched cannabis sales at a new medical dispensary in Land O' Lakes on Saturday, Oct. 15.
Located at 17704 Aprile Drive, Suite 10, the retail location features a selection of THC and CBD products available in various consumption methods, including smokable flower, concentrates, edibles, capsules, syringes, tinctures, topical creams, and vaporizers, to name a few more.

Ethos Cannabis Expands Retail Footprint In Ohio
Philadelphia-based vertically integrated cannabis operator Ethos Cannabis announced the re-branding of its first Ohio dispensary in Lebanon. Ethos Lebanon will open its doors to Ohio medical marijuana patients this week.
The company recently purchased About Wellness Ohio and was awarded a second dispensary license in New Lexington. That site is slated to launch in the second quarter of 2023 as Ethos New Lexington.
"These dispensaries in Ohio position us to continue extending our retail experience and products to benefit more patients," David Clapper, Ethos CEO said. Top Shelf Botanicals Opens Another Montana Store
Top Shelf Botanicals, Inc. recently announced the opening of its 13th dispensary in Montana, located in Plains, and the relocation of its Livingston location.
Located at 7671 MT. 200, TSB Plains dispensary will be open seven days per week from 10 am to 7 pm.
The company's store in Livingston has been relocated to 1400 E. Park Street "and now provides our customer base closer and easier access to the dispensary," Dr. J.W. Stucki, the company's CEO, said.
"We will provide the same level of customer service and high-quality flower and non-flower products as we do throughout all our Montana dispensaries," Stucki continued. "Adding this location is consistent with our growth plans to add locations in under-served markets throughout Montana. We expect to open a number of additional locations throughout Montana over the next few months."
