Former first minister Nicola Sturgeon has not been seen since reports emerged that her husband Peter Murrell has been arrested in connection with the ongoing investigation into the SNP's finances.
Murrell, the former chief executive of the SNP who stood down last month, was taken into custody on Wednesday morning as police officers searched his home in Uddingston, South Lanarkshire, and SNP HQ in Edinburgh.
But where is former SNP leader Nicola Sturgeon?
While she is still an MSP, Holyrood is currently in recess until Monday April 17, when parliamentarians will return.
Sturgeon has not been spotted since the news broke.
However, she is due to appear at the Edinburgh Science Festival tomorrow to discuss the climate crisis.
The former First Minister will sit down with Patricia Espinosa for the “A Climate of Change” event to explore Scottish and global efforts to address the problem on Thursday evening.
The discussion will begin at 7.30pm and last for an hour.
Sturgeon and Espinosa previously shared a stage at COP26, when the climate summit was held in Glasgow in 2021.
