The expecting mother has come a long way from her talk show debut that saw her wearing elaborate tutus as she quickly became a favourite of the celebrity host alongside her cousin Rosie, 16.
While the child stars are often remembered for their early appearances on the show we took a look at where they are now.
Sophia Grace and Rosie first made an appearance on the show in 2011 after their parents had submitted a video of them performing together - they instantly became a hit and performed time and time again.
The pair became red carpet correspondents for the Ellen show and were given the chance to meet their favourite celebrities.
They were even given their own segment on the show called Tea Time with Sophia Grace and Rosie where they were able to interview stars including Miley Cyrus.
Not only were they given segments but they also had two picture books for children made around them and got their own movie – Sophia Grace & Rosie's Royal Adventure.
In a recent interview with This Morning Sophia Grace said: "We talked to the Ellen Show before we last went on and they said in total, including our segments that we filmed, it was over 40 times. Which is actually amazing to hear."
The two cousins didn't stop after making their appearances on the show, 16-year-old Rosie has launched her career as a singer and actress and with a combined 2 million followers on social media is solidly considered to be an influencer.
She recently released pop tune Safe in Your Love and in a nostalgic nod performed Super Bass one last time on the Ellen Show earlier this year.
Sophia Grace, 19, has launched a YouTube career with over 3 million subscribers and is now starting a family of her own.
In the video announcing her pregnancy, she revealed that she is over 20 weeks along and excited for the next step in her life. She has kept the identity of the child's father a secret but has been in a relationship for two years.
