It is set to be a busy summer for Rangers boss Gio van Bronckhorst.
Having lifted the Scottish Cup to close out the campaign, the Dutchman will be hard at work with sporting director Ross Wilson as he looks to put his stamp on the side.
With just one transfer window under his belt as Ibrox boss this looks set to be a much busier window for Van Bronckhorst.
With key players out of contract and the likes of Alfredo Morelos entering the final 12 months of their deals plenty of big calls have to be made.
Alongside decisions on the players currently at the club, there is a host of talent returning from loans.
Van Bronckhorst has previously shown he is willing to give players a second chance when they return to Ibrox, having recalled Cedric Itten early from his spell at Greuther Fürth to take a closer look.
But who will get another chance and who could be heading out of Ibrox? Record Sport takes a look.
Nikola Katic (Hadjuk Split)
The towering Croatian has been quietly working his way back to fitness on loan in his homeland with Hajduk Split after spending more than a year on the sidelines with injury.
The 25-year-old was a regular under Steven Gerrard before his time at Ibrox was blighted by injury and Gio van Bronckhorst has yet to cast his eye over the defender.
With Leon Balogun and Connor Goldson out of contract Katic looks likely to have a chance to make his case for a spot in the squad in pre-season after impressing during Hadjuk's title battle.
Verdict: A second chance under a new manager
Jake Hastie (Linfield)
The winger looked set to become one of Scotland's leading lights after bursting onto the scene at Motherwell alongside David Turnbull. However, things haven't worked out for Hastie since his move to Ibrox.
The 23-year-old has spent most of his Rangers career out on loan having had spells at Rotherham, back at Motherwell, Partick Thistle and most recently Linfield.
He managed just six appearances in Northern Ireland as Linfield went on to claim the title. However, it's unlikely David Healy will look to bring him back or Van Bronckhorst will have been impressed by the spell.
Hastie has a further year left on his deal and the most likely outcome looks to be a sale or contract termination.
Verdict: Released
Stephen Kelly (Salford City)
Having impressed for Ross County on loan, Kelly appeared to be the next big thing coming out of Auchehowie.
However, the 22-year-old was pushed down the pecking order with the arrival of John Lundstram in midfield.
That saw Steven Gerrard green light a loan exit to Salford City where Kelly has impressed in League Two this season managing 25 appearances during the sides playoff push.
With Steven Davis out of contract, Kelly will be keen to make his case to a new Ibrox boss with his own deal running until 2023.
Verdict: A chance to impress after a successful loan
Glenn Middleton (St Johnstone)
The 22-year-old was an integral part of St Johnstone's historic double-winning run-in and that saw the club move to bring the winger back for a season-long loan.
He hasn't made the same impact this term with the club fighting relegation, finding the net just twice this season.
Having been with the club since 2018 and clearly being highly rated by the coaching staff, it is somewhat surprising that Middleton has only managed 15 first-team appearances for his parent club.
A change could be best for both parties this summer.
Verdict: Sold or released
Juan Alegria (Partick Thistle)
Alegria arrived at Ibrox last summer on a three-year deal from Finnish side FC Honka but has mainly featured for the Colt side this term.
The 19-year-old's form for the B team caught the eye of Ian McCall who snapped up the Colombian on loan for Partick Thistle's promotion push.
He made 10 appearances for the Jags without scoring but gained vital experience of the Scottish second-tier.
Verdict: Another loan spell away from Rangers
Lewis Mayo (Partick Thistle)
The 22-year-old played a key role at the Jags during his season-long loan, helping the side reach the Championship playoff spots.
Unlike Alegria, he has featured for the side on a consistent basis. Having been well thought of under Steven Gerrard, Van Bronckhorst could take a second look at Mayo after his spell in the second tier.
But Jags boss Ian McCall revealed on Tuesday he's set to hold talks with Rangers over another loan for the youngster.
Verdict: Another loan move
Josh McPake (Tranmere Rovers)
The 20-year-old has struggled to make his breakthrough at Ibrox having been at five clubs on loan in the last three seasons.
Most recently, the academy graduate spent the season on-loan at both Morecambe and Tranmere Rovers.
McPake has mainly came off the bench during his spells in English League One and League Two this term and is unlikely to get a chance at Rangers when he returns.
Record Sport reported earlier in May that McPake was set to have his contract torn up.
Verdict: Released
Kai Kennedy (Hamilton)
Highly-rated Kennedy has been shipped out on loan from Ibrox in each of the last four windows. Having spent time at Inverness, Raith and Dunfermline his latest venture took him to New Douglas Park.
It has been a disappointing season for Hamilton Accies as they failed to mount a push for promotion and a return to the Scottish Premiership.
Having managed just seven appearance and scoring once for the Lanarkshire outfit, another loan away for the 20-year-old, who is out of contract in 2023, could be the best route forward.
Verdict: Another loan spell away from Rangers
Ben Williamson (Raith)
Having penned a contract extension ahead of his move to Championship side Raith, Williamson is clearly highly thought of behind the scenes.
However, he failed to hold down a regular starting spot in Kirkcaldy and with another year to go on his deal the 20-year-old could be given a chance to learn his craft at another lower league side.
Verdict: Another loan spell away from Rangers
