The fifth series of the Netflix hit property show, Selling Sunset, where glamourous estate agents sell amazing American houses worth millions, is coming to an end prompting many fans to question if the show will return. Netflix has not yet confirmed that Selling Sunset will be returning for a sixth series, however Us Weekly have reported that the series has been renewed for a sixth and seventh series. It has also been reported that there will be a break between series five and six, as the show won't start filming straight away to give the cast a break.

It is expected that many of the cast, including Chrishell Stause, Emma Hernan, and Mary Fitzgerald, will be returning for the sixth series. However, controversial cast member Christine Quinn and others including Maya Vander are yet to confirm if they will still be in the show.
Christine is reported to have left the show, having said the show had "fake storylines", which you can read more about here. Since series five some of the cast members have gone on to other ventures including Christine, who has set up her own real estate company RealOpen, with her husband. Maya has opened her own brokerage in Miami, the Maya Vander Group.
Selling Sunset is also set to receive a spinoff series Selling the OC, which is expected to be released later this year in 2022. Netflix is yet to confirm the air date for Selling the OC but filming reportedly began in November 2021.
There is also a special reunion episode for series five of Selling Sunset which will air on May, Friday, 6 on Netflix.
