There was a big shake-up during last night's Love Island episode when the heart rate challenge caused a stir with the contestants.
The contestants were given a string of sexy costumes and were tasked with dancing for their respective partners, as well as all the other Islanders of the opposite sex.
At the end of the dances, the heart rates were measured for each of the stars and it provided some quite dramatic results with Tasha Ghouri being left mortified that Danica was the one who raised Andrew's heart rate the most.
Tasha wasn't the only one disappointed as Paige was upset when she found her partner Jacques O'Neill's heartrate was raised for ex Gemma Owen.
Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope also rowed when their results didn't come out as planned.
With the contestants rowing and being challenged over the heart rate challenge, how will they survive when it's time for Casa Amor?
Casa Amor is a fan favourite in the Love Island series as it always succeeds at shaking things up.
Here’s everything we know about when Casa Amor could be introduced to the Love Island 2022 series.
What happens during Casa Amor?
Casa Amor translates to “Love House” in Spanish and it’s during this part of the series every year that the Islanders' relationships are truly put to the test.
Usually, the Love Island contestants will be split into boys and girls, with one group being sent to Casa Amor.
The Islanders in Casa Amor and the Islanders back at the regular villa will all be joined by a new set of singletons who are looking to find love and stir up trouble between the couples.
It usually lasts for three or four days and at the end, couples have to choose whether they will stay coupled up with their original partner or get together with one of the new contestants.
Casa Amor has caused some of the most explosive moments in Love Island history, including the brief split between last year’s winners Mille Court and Liam Reardon.
When does Casa Amor start in 2022?
ITV bosses haven’t confirmed yet whether Casa Amor will make a return in 2022. However, it has been rumoured that it will be on Monday, July 4.
"Just when the Islanders start to get comfortable in their couples, they are going to get a real shock as they are torn apart," a source explained to The Sun.
"This year’s Casa Amor promises to be the most explosive yet thanks to some seriously fiery characters, who have already shown their heads can be turned."
An ITV spokesperson claimed to Metro it was 'purely speculation'.
When answering questions about series eight earlier this year, executive producer Mike Spencer said: “In terms of Casa Amor, we never confirm or deny whether we are bringing it back.”
However, Casa Amor is arguably one of the best parts of the show and a firm favourite among fans, so it looks unlikely that producers would ever axe it.
Usually, Casa Amor is introduced during the fourth week of the show, so producers might follow the same pattern this year.
Last year, Casa Amor was introduced on day 29 and series five saw it introduced on day 28.
Meanwhile, the show's host Laura Whitmore was pictured at Heathrow airport - just days before the Casa Amor twist.
The mum-of-one, 36, took a pic of herself wearing denim dungarees in the Gucci store with the caption: "Toddler chic".
