The Next summer sale is always a popular one among shoppers in the UK, with the shop holding four big sales every year – spring, autumn, summer, and winter/Boxing Day. The summer sale is set to start on Saturday, July 9.
Next sales see prices slashed by at least 50% across the full range of products. The Next VIP access sale started on July 5 for VIP customers.
If you’re looking to grab a bargain at Next at any time of the year you can always visit the clearance section of the website. Products are generally being added to the site at around 5am Monday to Saturday.

When is the Next summer sale this year?
The Next summer sale starts on Saturday, July 9, with items online discounted before in-store stock goes on sale. The online sale is expected to launch at 5.00am. In order to get the best bargains, it is advised you log on early and look to the children's sections and homeware sections first as these are the areas which sell out first.
Next stores often open early for the first day of sale, with many opening their doors at 6.00am. Not all stores will open before their usual 9am opening time though so you should check before setting your alarm early.
What sort of items will be in the sale?
We don’t know what items specifically will be in the sale, but you can expect the full range across womenswear, menswear, homeware and children’s clothes to feature some products. Pieces in the children’s section and homeware tend to sell out first, so it’s best to head straight to these sections if you’re looking to get some discounted Next products tomorrow.
Next sale return policy
Next sale items can be returned in line with the store's return policy. For online orders, you must process the return online within 14 days of receiving the items and then you will have 14 days to return the items.
Like many other retailers, Next has adopted a 'high returns rate' policy in recent years. Credit account users might see their account suspended if the shop deems the amount of products returned is too high compared to the number of items bought and kept.

Like many UK retailers, the store has started to hold a Black Friday event. The date for this changes each year but is the Friday after Thanksgiving in the USA, which will be Friday, 25 November 2022.
