When is Ronnie O’Sullivan playing John Higgins at World Snooker Championship?

  • Ronnie O’Sullivan is set to face old rival John Higgins in a mouthwatering contest at the World Snooker Championship after both players won their respective opening round matches.
  • O’Sullivan and Higgins are two members of the ‘Class of 92’, alongside Welsh star Mark Williams, with the trio having all turned professional in 1992.
  • O’Sullivan is a seven-time champion at the Crucible, while Higgins has four world titles to his name.
  • The first session of their best-of-25 frames second round match is due to get underway at 7pm on Saturday 25 April, with the second session then scheduled for 7pm on Sunday 26 April.
  • If a third session is required, that will start at 1pm on Monday 27 April, as the two men battle it out for a spot in the quarter-finals in Sheffield.
