  • Netflix is expanding its live sports content with a new three-year partnership with MLB.
  • The deal includes three marquee events: the Opening Night game, the Home Run Derby and the Field of Dreams game.
  • The partnership kicks off with the New York Yankees vs San Francisco Giants Opening Night game on Wednesday.
  • Netflix is reportedly paying an average of $50 million per season for worldwide exclusive rights to these events.
