When is Grand National 2024? Date and how to buy tickets for Aintree

Corach Rambler lived up to his favourite billing to win the 2023 Grand National at Aintree on Saturday, with the 8/1 shot recording an impressive victory.

Recent Cheltenham Festival winner Corach Rambler was ridden by jockey Derek Fox for Lucinda Russell, with the pair teaming up for a repeat success having won the National with One For Arthur in 2017.

Vanillier was second - with Sean Flanagan riding for Gavin Cromwell - while Gaillard Du Mesnil finished third, with Paul Townend riding for Willy Mullins. Last year’s winner Noble Yeats - with Sean Bowen riding for Emmet Mullins - finished fourth.

When is the Grand National 2024?

The Grand National 2024 takes place on Saturday, April 13 2024.

Aintree Racecourse will once again host the iconic steeplechase, which will be run for the 176th time.

The Grand National is the world’s most famous race and the ultimate test for any racehorse, with 40 runners and riders bidding to immortalise themselves in British sporting history.
