When is Black Friday 2022? Amazon confirms date for big sale event

Amazon will launch Black Friday in November 2022 as the biggest shopping day of the year. The retailer will follow a successful Prime Day in July with the pre-Christmas Black Friday sale.

Black Friday in 2022 will take place on Friday 25 November. However, the sale date itself is only part of the event. Usually Amazon launches deals in the week leading up to Black Friday and on to the following Monday, which is labelled Cyber Monday because of the huge number of deals online.

The Black Friday sale is a chance for retailers to clear stock in the Christmas period and that means huge discounts on a large number of items. You can see the deals here.
