There are certain musicians who sum up the sound of the summer and Ben Howard is definitely one of them. So, if you’re a fan of his dreamy folk music, then, you’re in luck as he’s set to play a huge show at London’s Alexandra Palace next summer.
The show is his first in London since a trio of sellout shows over 12 months ago when he packed out the Royal Festival Hall twice, as well as the O2 Academy in Brixton.
Last summer’s shows were tied to the release of his number one chart-topping album Collections from the Whiteout, which came out in January 2021.

Ben Howard is set to play an outdoor show on July 22 in the grounds of Alexandra Palace. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday, December 16. It will be the headline outdoor show as part of the Summer Series at Alexandra Palace.
The singer-songwriter first performed at Alexandra Palace in the Great Hall in 2015 and was did a trio of shows in autumn 2021 in support of his fourth album, Collections from the Whiteout.
Who is Ben Howard?
Howard is an English singer-songwriter who burst on to the scene in 2008 with his EP Games in the Dark.
Two more EPs followed and then a record deal, after which the folk star released full-length studio albums Everything Kingdom in 2011 and I Forget Where We Were in 2014, as well as Noonday Dream in 2018.
In 2013, he won the British Solo Artist award at the Brits and performing on Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage.
Since 2017, Howard has been a member of the band A Blaze of Feather alongside India Bourne, Mickey Smith, Nat Wason, Rich Thomas and Kyle Keegan.
