When and how to watch final Premier League game of the season as title race goes to the wire

A near 10-month season comes down to just one day, with Manchester City and Liverpool still dreaming of Premier League glory.

Pep Guardiola's side go into the final day as the strong favourites, knowing that three points against Aston Villa will be enough to clinch their fourth title in five seasons. For the Reds, success on Sunday is out of their control - save, of course, for the three points they will require against Bruno Lage's Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Jurgen Klopp's men have recovered a seemingly insurmountable situation having once sat as much as fourteen points behind The Citizens this season. With former Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard now in the hot-seat at Villa Park, there is a potential redemption arc for the player who missed out on lifting the title throughout his 17-year Anfield career.

Bookies have, however, priced Manchester City at around 1/7 to win on Sunday and the Villains' recent record at the Etihad leaves plenty to be desired having lost 15 of their last 16 encounters there.

Where to watch the final day of the Premier League season

Both Liverpool versus Wolves and Manchester City versus Aston Villa will be broadcast live on Sky Sports. Coverage from Anfield will be on Sky Sports Premier League, while coverage from the Etihad will be on Sky Sports Main Event.

Build-up to the games start from 2.30pm with kick-off for both games getting underway at 4pm.

Going into next season, Sky Sports will once again retain the rights to the bulk of those fixtures with 128 live matches. They also own rights to the Carabao Cup and several international matches. Check out the latest Sky deals here.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, North London rivals Arsenal and Totteham battle it out for the right to compete in next season's UEFA Champions League. Arsenal's recent downturn in form has seen them lose what was once a tight grip on fourth place. Antonio Conte's Spurs side now go in to the final day as favourites.

Arteta, speaking after his side's 0-2 defeat to Newcastle at St James' Park last Monday, said he hasn't given up hope and that stranger things have happened in football. Spurs travel to Norwich, whose only remaining incentive is to not finish bottom of the pile in this season's Premier League table. Arsenal, meanwhile, host Everton, who ensured their survival this past Thursday with a dramatic 3-2 comeback victory over Patrick Vieira's Crystal Palace.

Elsewhere, Manchester United will have to better West Ham United's score if they are to qualify for the Europa League as opposed to the Europa Conference League. New manager Erik Ten Hag will be in the dugout when they travel to Selhurst Park to take on Crystal Palace. David Moyes' men travel to Brighton.

And, last but not least, there is also the small matter of the relegation battle that is now a two way shoot-out between Leeds United and Burnley. Both sides face sides who were previously tipped to go down but have ended the season strongly and seen their head coaches in the running for the Manager of the Year Award. Leeds travel to face Thomas Frank's Brentford, while Burnley host Eddie Howe's Newcastle United.

All of the scores in all of the games will be updated throughout Sky Sports' Sunday coverage.
