The historic state funeral for the Queen will draw millions on people to London on Monday. The mourners face many hours standing outdoors, so what will the weather be like in London on the day?
Throughout the UK a Bank Holiday has been declared to allow people the opportunity to pay their respects. Between now and then hundreds of thousands of people will queue to witness the Queen lying in state, so many will be hoping for dry weather.
The good news is that mainly dry weather is in prospect, both for the funeral and for the days preceding it. And that not only applies to London, but to most of the UK.
