What we learned from the Lucy Letby documentary: from arrest footage to the truth about the Post-It note

Lucy Letby is back in the news once more. The former neonatal nurse, who was convicted in 2023 of murdering seven babies at the hospital where she worked, and attempting to murder seven more, is serving 15 consecutive life sentences in prison – but that hasn’t stopped people continuing to speculate about whether or not she actually did it.

Now, a new Netflix documentary is revealing even more about the case. The documentary, which is out today, has gained access to brand-new interviewees and footage: from video of Letby’s dramatic arrests on camera, to Letby’s own insights on the infamous Post-It note in which she appeared to confess to murdering the babies.
