However, the end of the match was shrouded in controversy when a Spurs spectator kicked out at Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale.
Following an exchange of words between Ramsdale and Tottenham attacker Richarlison, the 24-year-old headed towards his goal to collect his water bottle before the fan launched the attack.
