What time is Grand National 2023? TV channel, live stream, odds and runners and riders

All eyes will be on Aintree on Saturday, as the 175th Grand National takes place.

Noble Yeats will return to Merseyside to defend his crown after an unlikely victory a year ago - defying a 50/1 starting price - with Sean Bowen the jockey on this occasion. The early favourite is Corach Rambler, a two-time winner at the Cheltenham Festival.

It's easy to see why the bookies are backing Corach Rambler, with trainer Lucinda Russell and jockey Derek Fox teaming up again. The pair were responsible for One For Arthur's victory at the Grand National six years ago and will be confident of success again.

Ahead of this year's Grand National, here is everything you need to know...

What time does the Grand National start?

The Grand National will take place at Aintree on Saturday, April 15. The handicap steeplechase will run over two laps, totalling four miles and 514 yards with 30 fences.

The race will start at 5:15pm.

What TV channel is the Grand National on?

The Grand National will be shown live on ITV1 and Racing TV. Viewers in the UK can also watch it on ITV's streaming service, ITVX.

ITV's coverage will start at 2pm. Races are scheduled to take place at 2:25pm, 3pm, 3:35pm and 4:15pm before the Grand National takes place at 5:15pm. ITV's coverage will end at 6:15pm, when the winner of the 2023 Grand National will be common knowledge.

Racing TV's coverage starts at 1:15pm and ends at 6:45pm.
