The Irish women's hockey team face an uphill battle to reach the knock-out stages of the World Cup in the Netherlands.
Yesterday's 1-0 defeat to competition debutants Chile was a hammer blow to their chances and their fate is now outside their control.
First things first though, they have to make sure they beat Germany in order to have any chance of progressing from Pool A.
The Germans are ranked 4th in the world while Ireland are 13th so that's a big enough ask on its own.
They then have to hope the hosts beat Chile sufficiently to overturn the goal difference that's currently not in our favour.
The Netherlands are the perenial world number one in the women's game while Chile are 15th so that could go our way given that there's only three goals in the difference between ourselves and Chile.
Here are the key details around this afternoon's crucial match against Germany:
What time does the match get under way?
It begins at 3:30 pm at the Wagener Hockey Stadium in Amstelveen.
What TV channel is it on and can I stream it?
It'll be shown on RTE News Now as well as BT Sport 1 so you also have the option of streaming it via the RTE Player.
