The PDC World Darts Championship semi-finals are almost upon us as the remaining players battle it out for the £500,000 prize fund.
It will be the first time that Dimitri Van den Bergh and Gabriel Clemens appear in the semi-finals of the tournament, as they aim to defeat heavyweights Michael van Gerwen and Michael Smith respectively.
Peter Wright had the glory in 2022, defeating Smith in the final. Out of the four semi-finalists, van Gerwen is the only one to have been crowned champion previously. He will be hoping to do so again during the final on Tuesday, January 3.
Welshman Gerwyn Price crashed out in the quarter-finals on Sunday evening after a disappointing 5-1 loss to Clemens.
