Michael Conlan is back in the ring tonight as he looks to put last March's crushing loss against Leigh Wood firmly behind him.
In a thrilling contest, Conlan was infamously defeated via 12th round knockout with a blow from Wood which not only laid him out on the canvas but subsequently saw him fall perilously out of the ring entirely.
Conlan had been leading on the judges' scorecards up until Wood's humdinger caught him cold, and now the Belfast man will be looking to make amends as he takes on Colombian fighter Miquel Marriaga in his home city.
