And Diaz will take on Tony Ferguson in what promises to be a toe-to-toe thriller in Las Vegas.

When and where is UFC 279?
It all takes place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday night, September 10, although it will be into Sunday, September 11 for fans watching from the UK.
What time does it start?
The UFC prelims get under way at 1am with the main card scheduled to start at 3am, both UK times.
