Thomas Tuchel was quick to show his passion to the travelling Chelsea supporters away at Lille on Wednesday evening.
It has been a manic week for the club with the news of owner Roman Abramovich being sanctioned by firstly the UK government and then the EU. It has thrown the future of the Blues into big doubt and Tuchel has been linked with a switch to Manchester United, who are on the lookout for a new permanent manager.
Jamie Carragher recently called on Man United to go out and get the German coach, who has been so impressive since being appointed Chelsea boss over 12 months ago. The former Liverpool defender said: "That is up to Manchester United I suppose, but the situation that Chelsea find themselves in, other top clubs will be looking at the manager and players going forward.

"He is one of the best managers in world football and Manchester United are looking for one. I think he has come out and said he is fully committed to the club, but that situation could change with the new ownership as the season goes on."
Tuchel, though, after Chelsea's 2-1 (4-1 on aggregate) win over Lille on Wednesday possibly hinted at how much he loves the club. As per @OllieGlanvill on Twitter, the Blues boss passionately celebrated in front of the travelling supporters in France, banging his chest, pumping his fist and raising his hand to his heart as the fans chanted his name.
Speaking on Sunday, Tuchel pledged his future to Chelsea, saying that he would definitely be at the club until the end of the season at least. The German said: "There’s no doubt I’ll stay until the end of the season. Absolutely.
"We just have to wait and we still have to go day-by-day because everything can change. As you know the situation is clear, the club’s for sale, and hopefully, it will go through to sort things out and give us a perspective. But it’s pure speculation and I have no further information than you already have.
"That’s what I meant with day-by-day, which is anyway a good way to live your life, and now we are forced to do it because there are some circumstances we cannot influence, and at some point it’s not so nice because we have no strings to pull and no actions to do to help."
