Despite their fortune, Mohsin and Zuber Issa still live just 10 minutes from the terraced house in the area they grew up in.

Known by many as the 'billionaire brothers', their rise to success started with the purchase of a petrol forecourt in 2001, before expanding the empire across Lancashire.

Now, the brothers own supermarket giant Asda and fast-food chain Leon. They are the faces behind the EG Euro Garages chain, and are reported to have their sights set on Caffè Nero.
