The Solar Calendar Counts. The Lunar Calendar Qualifies.
Every date on the Gregorian calendar marks a position: how far Earth has travelled around the Sun since January 1st. That's useful. It keeps harvests, tax filings, and train schedules in order. But it tells you nothing about the quality of a given day, whether it carries weight, whether it opens or closes, whether it is suited for beginning something or finishing it.
