The Golden State Warriors‘ 11-game road losing streak is finally over, as Steph Curry scored 30 and Klay Thompson scored 29 to lead the Warriors to a 121-108 victory over the Houston Rockets on Monday night.
The young Rockets kept the game close throughout, but Golden State pulled away with a decisive 15-4 run in the fourth quarter to seal the win. The victory moved the Warriors back into sixth position in the Western Conference with only nine regular-season games remaining.
The Warriors will close out their five-game road swing in Dallas on Wednesday in what will be a crucial game for postseason positioning. The Warriors are a half-game ahead of the No. 7 Mavs in the standings, while the Timberwolves, Thunder and Jazz are all just one game back of Golden State.
