There's a TV programme for everyone on Thursday night's TV listings, from cooking shows to documentaries and reality TV. On BBC One, the five self-made multimillionaires are back in Dragons' Den, Kate Humble's on Channel 5 with the latest instalment of her series A Country Life for Half the Price and two chefs from Northern Ireland are cooking up six-course menus on BBC Two's Great British Menu.
If that isn't enough, there's plenty more to choose from and 9pm is going to be a popular time slot for many continuing programmes. We've picked out some highlights set to broadcast on Thursday, March 24. Here are all the details:
Glow Up Ireland - BBC Three - 8pm
After airing the first ever episode of Glow Up Ireland on Wednesday, March 24, there's not long to wait for the second instalment as episode two is set to air tonight. Former Love Island star Maura Higgins returns to host as the nine remaining amateur make-up artists are tasked with selecting pre-owned or upcycled items for a sustainable TikTok challenge.
The Apprentice - BBC One - 9pm
Kathryn Burn and Harpreet Kaur are the final two standing after beating off 16 other contestants to make it through the final round of The Apprentice. With a £250,000 investment at stake, the two remaining contestants will have just three days to launch their new business to impress Alan Sugar by producing a billboard, direct and edit a television advertisement and then sell the idea to Lord Sugar and his room of industry experts.
Joanna Lumley's Great Cities of The World - ITV - 9pm
Actress, presenter and former model Dame Joanna is back on the road with a brand new travel show, which sees her exploring some of Europe's wonderful capital cities. We first saw the Absolutely Fabulous star in the city of Paris but in this second episode, Joanna will be in Rome, where she'll get an exclusive tour of the Vatican Museum, opening the miles of corridors at 5.15am alongside its gatekeeper. She'll look round the Sistine Chapel and also visit the Trevi Fountain before taking part in a pizza-making lesson.
Extraordinary Escapes with Sandi Toksvig - Channel 4 - 9pm
In this penultimate episode, Sandi will be escaping to the Scottish Highlands and Islands with psychotherapist, author and star of Channel 4's Grayson's Art Club, Philippa Perry. The pair will head to the island of Eilean Shona, where they'll cook freshly caught scallops and stay in an off-grid Victorian schoolhouse before later heading to Knoydart and Callander.
Billy Connolly Does... - Gold/NOW - 9pm
Legendary Scottish comedian, actor and musician Billy is back on our screens with his latest seven-part series, which sees him look back at his five decade career in stand-up comedy and his life in Florida. In this fifth instalment, the 79-year-old will be looking through trinkets and memorabilia and telling tales from his time touring on the comedy circuit.
