“63rd Annual L.A. County Holiday Celebration” (PBS, 3 p.m.): Scores of Los Angeles music and dance groups including female mariachis Las Colibrí and the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles join the festivities live from the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion.
“A Christmas Story” (TBS, 8 p.m.; TNT, 9 p.m.): The annual dual-channel 24-hour marathon of the nostalgic 1983 holiday comedy is back, with showings every two hours. With Peter Billingsley.
